Coach Mills changed how everyone believed the 200 should be run. Everyone else insisted that the only way to run a 200 was to run faster in the 2nd half. Coach Mills taught Usain to go as fast as possible in the 1st half, slingshot himself around the turn and make everyone else try to catch him. He trained Usain more for speed than for stamina and it worked. Usain is always 1st off the bend, and other than Blake, once, in 2012, no one has beaten him over 200m since this 2007 race. Don't do things because that's how it's always been done. Find the way that works best for you and believe in your decision. Case in point.
