Bomboloni, an easy to make, traditional Italian deep fried doughnuts that are filled with delicious custard cream that just explodes when you bite into it! It’s soft, and sweet, perfect for dessert or as snack!
Ingredients:
Bread flour: 250G
Yeast: 3G
Salt: 3G
Egg: 30G
Milk: 125G
Butter: 25G
Sugar: 30G
Egg yolks: 3
Sugar: 40G
Cornstarch: 20G
Milk: 280G
Butter: 4G
Dark chocolate: 20G
Matcha: 3G
这款风靡日韩的🔥「爆浆甜甜圈」是来自于意大利的一款甜品。Bomboloni 的词源相关是 Bomba，就是💣炸弹的意思。现在明白为什么它叫做 Bomboloni了吧？ 松软的甜甜圈，油炸后沾满砂糖，再戳个洞把卡仕达酱满满的塞进甜甜圈里。一口咬下爆在嘴里浓郁顺滑的卡仕达酱😱，你怎能不感到满足呢？
材料：
高筋面粉：250克
酵母：3克
盐：3克
鸡蛋：30克
鲜奶：125克
黄油：25克
糖：30克
蛋黄：3个
糖：40克
玉米淀粉：20克
鲜奶：280克
黄油：4克
黑巧克力：20克
