The Last Days of Warren Lanfranchi (1981)
Slain heroin dealer Warren Lanfranchi's pregnant girlfriend Sallie-Anne Huckstepp discussed in detail everything she knew about police detective Roger Rogerson and his role in Lanfranchi's death in a Chippendale laneway in June 1981.
These were allegations Rogerson always denied, and that were never proven.

He was a state protected serial killer, even a handful of kids were killed by this guy. This video alone is touching on dodgy Roger killing two people, one being a cop and we'll, we all know the other. What this woman is talking about is just a slither of what he was doing, also he was third most awarded detective in the force.

@lizf1353

@roadie3124 you think this isn't activist journalism? In what why? Activist: noun a person who campaigns to bring about political or social change. In what why is this not a example of activist journalism You're implied statement is that activist journalism is nor based in facts that is not necessarily true. Fox "news" would be a example of activist journalism however it's certainly a example of propaganda too. I think what you are trying to say is propaganda or lying by omission or lying for a cause but that's not what the word activist means.
@roadie3124

@@lizf1353In modern usage, activist implies someone who is more concerned about the cause than the facts.
@lizf1353
@lizf1353 6 ай бұрын
@@roadie3124 you're personal negative views of activists (likely only as it applies to certain types of causes) doesn't change the words meaning. It is not a universally accepted modern usage. I'm not trying to debate that fagot simply means a bundle of sticks or a cigarette. We have dictionaries (including slang dictionaries) to help keep track of modern and more outdated majority accepted meanings of words. You don't just get to personally decide that as YOU and the minority group you're a part of who view activists of certain causes in a negative light that means the words meaning has fundamentally changed to mean someone who is dishonest with the facts. It's just not true. I believe you're looking for a different word. Extremist journalism might be more appropriate. However a great deal of journalism is (and always has been) activist journalism. Journalism at is core in America is intended to be activist in nature as it's always been intended to be a protected from of speech to call out the government (and our societal issues and advances at large) without fear of prosecution or retaliation from our government. It's why our founders built it into the framework of our rights. They themselves were activists and they have always intended for the people to have a non-governmental criticism and communication device. From the lowly pamphletier to the big news agencies all are equally protected as journalism and they have a fundamental role as activists in their own right. Being a activist doesn't inherently mean lying or manipulating the facts to the point they are indistinguishable from the original objective truth. It certainly can be that someone is identifying as a activist doing these things although that's more extremism, propaganda etc.

Sallie Ann was killed in 1986, 5 years after this. Rogerson was found responsible for the shot that killed warren, but that he acted in self defense. his death was sadly never ruled as a murder, and therefore no one can be convinced unfortunately. however, Sallie Ann's murder is still,...to this day 24.01.22 unsolved, [ in the court of law] Roger - That piece of shit - Rogerson, served as a policeofficer in new south Wales 28 years . until 2016, when he was convicted, and sentenced to life for jet another execution-style murder of another drug dealer back In 2014 38 years after sallies death, neddie nor anyone else has been convicted. Rogerson died last year 2023,at 83 - "I'm not afraid for the criminals at bay, but of the corrupt by the corruption " 🤮 rest easy sallie ann, your justice will come ❤❤
