I was in the crowd. One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. Pure magic. They held a rowdy Saturday night festival crowd in the palms of their hands. You could hear a pin drop.

it's kinda mindblowing that basically just two years before he played a set on one of the largest and prestigious festivals in the world, he was an unsuccessful musician with severe depression and heart-break who just self-released an album he recorded in a cabin.

Já to stihnul rok před Covidem, i když jsem kvůli tomu jel celý odpoledne po práci z Prahy až do Wiesbadenu. Nádhernej zážitek, vlastně poslední velkej koncert, kterej jsem stihnul. Nenapadlo mě, jak na tuhle dobu budeme jednou vzpomínat. (schválně česky a pro tebe, tohle se odjinud chápe složitě...:-) )

Bon Iver are great performers, but in my opinion this is their best live performance, it sounds amazing. For Emma, for example, sounded incredible, best version I’ve heard.

My favourite live version of Wolves. I always regret not going to Glastonbury this year and I watched on TV and it couldn't have been a more perfect set, sun almost setting. I will cry like a little child when I'm back on that farm.

Your sound has accompanied me through the best and worst moments of my life. How can there be music that elevates us spiritually in such different situations? I had a major surgery and asked the doctor to put it on all the time. I was afraid when I heard remembering that traumatic moment, however, they manage to dissipate all the pain and bad memories, giving me a well-being, a joy that makes me always want to fly!!!
