Even if you're not a Bon Jovi fan, you can't deny that Jon and Richie knew how to write great, catchy hooks. The chorus is so bombastic and goes straight to the ear with its multi-layered vocals.

My ex-wife and the mom of my daughter passed away at the young age of 49 two months ago. This is the song I keep coming back to. When we first starting hanging out, Bad Medicine came on when we were driving in Miami. When the chorus hit at a red light, we both leaned towards each other when we sang "Whoa-oh-oh". Totally unplanned and just one of those cool moments. We weren't meant to stay together but memories last forever. Rest in peace.

Me too. I also joined pretty late but it’s always great to listen to quality music. I thank Taika Waititi for getting me into this type of music. The ending credits song of Thor love and thunder and that same song in the trailer made look for more rock/Pop songs like that one found out. Bon Jovi was my thing totally. I’ve said it in too many videos but I really want this to happen: Hollywood to make either a biopic like Bohemian Rhapsody on this band or a fun musical like Mamma Mia so the Bon Jovi music revives and young people make it popular again. But i definitely want a Hollywood big movie with Bon Jovi’s whole repertoire of music

My 9 year old son can't get enough of 80's rock! This is currently is favorite song. He watched the video over and over. He wants to go to Vegas and see the Bon Jovi concert! He claims that 80's music is the best and he wishes he was born in the 80's to see Bon Jove sing this live in 1986!

I think if I were a working on the DCEU, specifically Superman (and yes, I would still keep Henry Cavill in the role), I would write him as being a fan of Bon Jovi. I don't why, but in my head canon, I imagine Superman being a fan of Bon Jovi or John Denver.

I think part of it is all of the forgettable stuff from back then has already been forgotten and all of the revolutionary songs that stood the test of time have had decades to prove their legacy. We did go through a bit of a dry spell when producers started playing with electronic drops that aged within days though lol

That moment, when you realise you're in the biggest band in the world. Doesn't matter what happens after that - the New Jersey album and tour was a couple of years where it seemed like Bon Jovi were everywhere. If you can get the 'access all areas' video - it really brings to life how massive they were. So few bands ever had that - and none really do, today.
