My dad was a big fan of Bon Jovi. We listened to this masterpiece together every time he came to pick me up from school… He’s been gone for 3 years, and every time I miss him, I play this song to reminisce about our good old days. My Nana LOVED this song! She insisted we played it at every family BBQ. She sadly died on her 73rd Birthday on December 16th 2023. She had a great taste in music and she lived a great life. I’ll miss her for the rest of my life. Love you forever Nana❤️

So by the time the album was in the charts I knew all the words to every song 🤣🤣🤣Emma, is 52 now with children and grandchildren of her own... I remember when they first released this. It was my very first CD I bought! The CD was the shizzle back then. No more cassette tapes! WOOT! Look at us today... Woke everywhere you look :( . The 80's was probably the last great time to grow up. Tons of 'firsts' to experience. Many kids today hear or come up with something and thinks it's brand new or next-level and it's not. Real rock died long ago.. unfortunately. It was pure talent, no CGI, no expensive computers... just their voice and a few instruments. Now that's not to say there isn't some great talent out there today.. certainly there is. But not like the 60's thru 80's.
