For me the 2011 tour was the best when you talk about JBJ vocal performance.. the band was on fire too

For several tours Richie used his own line of guitars from ESP on a lot of stuff in the live shows, but not on everything. For that tour he would pretty much always be using his ESP guitars for the early songs from Blood on Blood, You Give Love A Bad Name and Lost Highway. On the Because We Can tour in 2013 (for the few shows he was a part of) he seemed to lean more heavily on Les Paul's. The first three songs of that leg of the tour would usually be You Give Love A Bad Name, Lost Highway and Whole lot of Leavin (or Raise Your Hands into Lost Highway), all songs he previously used his own line of guitars on so looking back it's interesting that he started to switch it up. He was so connected with his ESP's that in some of the promotional art of that tour you would see Richie wielding one. Even on the back of Jon's jacket in the latter shows of the tour (after Richie left). Also interesting to note that this concert had a few rare songs including Blaze of Glory, Hallelujah, Hey God, and Dry County. The energy of both the crowd and the band also resulted in 3 encores and I believe they even went over curfew (though probably not by much since the band played Hyde Park again 2 years later though only doing 2 encores that time.

Seen them live more times than I can count and possibly the only band I've ever seen that time after time sounds better live than recorded.... now that's some feat. Always live in Wembley 95 was perfection
