ok this is how it is , the people who laid down the audio track a long time ago for this video replaced it with the audio from the second night that they played at the Shibuya Public Hall . The video is from the third and the audio is from the second therefor it looks like it is playback , but they played all three shows live. Back then this was a very common way to make up for a bad recording, where maybe some instrument had been left out .

at this time they were actually a metal band (ableit a hair metal band lol) but that is what metal was in 1985! the whole sound and look of the band changed after SWW, richies guitar work on the first 2 albums is amazing, after that he toned it down a bit, i mean its still great but you get the feeling he is playing well within his limits

I think his voice was already strained. He could do the normal part of the song well but when he had to go to his head voice that was pre-recorded. His voice sounded tired during the whole song but the screaming part was perfect, too perfect.

i see what you mean but like a few people have said its a delay effect. if you watch his lips he is singing out of time to the sound you hear. this is due to the delay and so you keep hearing his voice after he has finished singing it
