Bon Appétit meets Lucas Sin in Brooklyn as he prepares to eat his way through the entire menu at American-Taiwanese bakery Win Son. Joined by Eric Sze, chef at Wenwen and 886 in NYC, their appetites get put to the test as they sample some of the city’s most mouthwatering treats.

I watched Lucas and Eric’s dim sum video twice because I enjoyed it so much. I loved this one as well. Two subject matter experts getting together; and, they’re so comedic with each other too. Awesome paring.

12:20 Fun fact: in Taiwan there's this Taiwanese style radish cake which contains no meat at all and oftentimes very crumbly because it's typically low on the carb to daikon ratio compared to the Cantonese version(the one Lukas mentions here)

Love this series! I'm Shanghainese and to us those sticky rice rolls are not Fan Than, they are CI FAN 粢飯, which we usually eat with sweet or savoury hot soy bean milk.
