To anyone that is curious like me, this is an old episode, from 2017 I believe. So, I searched Google and Facebook and found the lady that looks after her. Last thing she posted about her was in 2020 (it’s a group, not her profile, she doesn’t post much) and Malala was doing well, she is still blind but she is happy and is a little trouble maker. I hope she’s still doing well now too.

The crying and the cuddle into Scott about 03:45 in got me. Whoever neglected this poor pup deserves so much pain

I can't watch this. I will start to weep. The cruelty done by people that run puppy mills is beyond vile. My first Chihuahua came from a puppy mill. She never fully recovered from the trauma she went through

Seeing her cry so much during the first examination broke my heart..she cannot see, she doesn’t know why she hurts, she looked so terrified. No dog should be this poorly..poor baby ❤️‍🩹 I wish all pets could be treated how they deserve, cherished and adored

This lady is so sweet kind and compassionate to these animals. God sent these animals to her

You have to love Scott he s such a real man not afraid to show his emoitons it makes him strong not weak as some people think kindness is a strength

One thing crucial here for Lala’s healing and recovery is that she’s in good hands. I can never thank Gill enough for having rescued this little girl.

I LOVE that when Scott says, "What's that? It's the clinic!" and bless her little heart, that pup turned her head directly to the clinic! As though she knew exactly where she was 💜

Very sad, if she would have been treated properly and lovingly cared for from the beginning, she would not have to suffer through this. She’s adorable, and so loved now. I’m praying that the love and care will bring her a long and healthy future.

Malala deserves a guide dog. This is not a joke. Some dogs who have sight lead [with or w/out a lead] a dog who is blind. It is a beautiful thing. x

Puppy farms and irresponsible breeders make my blood boil. They don’t care about the dogs they breed / produce, they’re just in it to make money. There need to be serious laws and restrictions to prevent these sort of cases from happening. Hope Malala is doing well today ❤️

You can feel the love and affection from the rescuer lady and the Vet Dr.. Thank’s to the Vet for his caring and concern to this dog. I want to have a veterinarian like him.

She could hear his shoes clacking at the vet clinic but not on the soft grass. She is such a bundle of pure joy !!!!! I wish her all the best in the world and I wish bad karma on whoever is responsible for her condition.

I'm only 4 minutes in on the video and the puppies yelps/cries are heartbreaking.

I'm holding back the tears but not sure whether the sad story of Malala's conditions or tears of happiness for Malala's luck in finding her wonderful owner and equally wonderful Vet who love Malala so much. Maybe the latter. My prayers will be for Malala's eventual recovery.💕💖

I cried the entire video. This poor little dog, and how precious she is 😭🥹🥲🐾 it astounds me how human beings can be so cruel, but it’s also such a blessing that there are kind people out there who want to love, nurture and care for these darling animals. Blindness will not deter her from having a great life. We had a blind dog for many years and she had a great time running around the fields with my other dogs. She heard where they were partially through the jingling of their name tags on their collars. However, we kept our eyes on her to warn her if she was going to bump into anything. We just shouted "Wait" and then when she turned the opposite way we shouted "OK then." She was fine. However Malala should not have been treated so terribly. Glad you helped her.

I’m absolutely sure that Jill is a one in a million person. She is gorgeous person and her love for animals just radiates from her beautiful smile.I got quite choked up watching her with the animals. My neighbour is just like Jill, and works for dog rescue here in NZ. A sister soul. Dogs like Lala teach us more than we ever teach them. Our humanity is judged by the way we treat animals. I love this programme! ❤❤❤

Lost my best companion for a decade who stayed at my side 24/7 whenever possible due to old age when she was 13. It's still too fresh to go into detail. But she was likely used as a mother in a puppy mill. Rescuing her as a barely fully grown but not quite fully developed doggo began a symbiosis of us rescuing each other regularly. She also gradually went blind. This video hits pretty hard. Miss you my Giraffe Neck pupper

What a precious little creature Malala is! I thank God that she has all the loving and care from the people around her. I truly wish her a full life of love and care with a loving and caring owner! I cried at the beginning of this video. I have two cats of my own and a third that belongs to my younger daughter who lives with me. We used to have a little Chihuahua that we rescued years ago, the we sadly had to put down a couple of years ago. He grew tumors on his heart. He was quite old, almost 14.. It was always so cute to see how all four of them got along just great. They would often play together and sleep together. My cats have shown me so much sweetness and love, especially after I lost my wife of 25 years to cancer in Dec., 2020. It was like they sensed something was wrong and were even sweeter to me. I will always love and cherish them!

Good lord! Y'all need to post a "tear-jerker" disclaimer. What a gorgeous puppy LaLa is. I hope to see an update on LaLa, whether she makes it or not. You now have a lot of people emotionally invested in her well-being.

We have a rescue lab and she is so happy and well looked after. Its appalling how badly some people treat animals. There is never a reason to treat animals badly.

I thought twice before watching it, but it was all positive and even though I did get upset because people breed for the money and couldn’t careless about their lives, I smiled a lot. Thanks. I hope to get some news about Lala here.

I am so glad this puppy was rescued and saved, i wish people who did horrible things like that would loose years of their life for it but i also hope they realize the tragic thing they have done and either try to make it right or live with it and try to be a better person
