@@DreySpynthasalar mhm. 15. Good gosh...so long. Yet this is still as good. Watching "The Current State of Every Square Enix Franchise" video ( kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ab-bgdCDrbnIkYU.html ), and for some reason, THIS song just hit me in the face like a brick wall of nostalgia in my mind. I was actually kind of afraid for a minute because...I couldn't remember the name. Thought I wouldn't be able to find it. I was thinking maybe it was from ocremix. Then I remembered it was from a girl that I remember loving a lot of music from (FF9 stuff), who I remembered changed her name to something starting with an E, but... ...then I remembered "katethegreat19" to search for it and made it back here. Still as good as I remember. Nostalgia...but hey, we're still here. At least some of us are. : )

2020 and this is still my favorite vocal arrangement for a videogame and the greatest elegy Xenogears will ever have. It made me play it and reflect on my own self. This music I owe a lot. I discovered your channel through it. And I always will owe it a thanks, so... Thank you Kate.

My brother recently bought me Xenogears for my birthday after many years of searching for it. (we had borrowed it from a friend YEARS ago) and my feels are hit soooo hard by this song and the music box one. Thank you for making this! It reminds me of when I was little and had no worries in the world except Sunday morning cartoons and hide and seek in our backyard! XD This song will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you!

I played Xenogears for the first time around 97-98, and I was floored. It changed my fragile teenage mind! I played it only twice after that, but have kept the soundtrack close to me since then. When I came upon this video it unleashed a torrent of memories. I started crying when Bart appeared, I had completely forgotten him. As to your actual vocals and music.... man, it was really freaking good. I would download it and add it to my Yasunori Mitsuda folder in a heartbeat.

I still love this one the most. The Aveh language is so elegant and authentic sounding while the instruments that accompany bring out the feelings in every lyric. So much care put into this piece.

Xenogears is absolutely amazing. Probably one of the most well thoughtout plotlines on the planet to date. I love all the music. You did such a beautifully splended job on this song. The words, though contrived to fit the rythmn have such a soulful feel to them. The AMV is beautiful as well. I listen to your songs on youtubes all the time. The inspiration from them is wonderful.

Dude, Xenogears is my favorite game ever, and Bonds of Sea and Fire is my favorite song from the game. Like... This version is absolutely amazing Kate. You have done the game justice. I actually cried, this is so beautiful. I had to download this. This is incredibly amazing. I cant even begin to describe in words.

I heard this song first before I played the game. Such a wonderful played out music instruments and vocal made me wonder how the gameplay was so I ended up hunting for it and for about hundreds of websites searches later I finally got it. Screw that, the change of tempo was PERFECT! Many traditional celtic songs change pace like that. Many of the songs in the game change pace like that. You should be nothing short of proud of this song as a whole. DO MORE!

Oh my, I just had to look through your videos to find this jewel ^_^. This is the one at the beginning of multiple videos... I just listened to the whole song, and this might perhaps be the best song... EVER! To me, it brings me back to the emerald fields of Ireland (which I've never been) in the olden times, with cobble stone roads and cottages in the wilderness. It takes me to a far away land; a paradise where all is calm and nothing can touch me. *shivers*
