I believe I have bone spurs.. I don't have health insurance and idk what to do... It hurts so bad. I can't walk. It was in one foot and I woke up today and now my foot that was good is worse than the one that was hurting. Should I go to the hospital?? It hurts so much and it's getting worse....

I heard that organic caster oil helps. apply it at night, and wear socks. It will take time, but it will eventually break the spurs. To be clear I heard it's not something I personally experienced. Always good to consult a doctor though

I had surgery last month for removal of extra bone (bone spur). I feel very painful after this procedure

@@OfficialAgentZ… try rolling your foot across a frozen bottle of water when you can instant relief for me . Wearing sketchers a must now. Stay encouraged

No need to operate. Compresses of castor oil will dissolves it.
