Bone is a great resource to find naturally in the bush or bring some with you on an adventure. Never overlook a pile of bones as a potential resource. Dry, brittle, naturally exposed bones are very weak and will break. Fresh bones are the best!
Thanks a million for supporting this channel! Your time, interests and feedback are important to me. I really want to say thanks to each and every person who likes, subscribes and shares my videos.

Dude I used to go out in the woods and cut several trees, let them season for a few months and make bows. I’ve got a red oak stave sitting that’s over 7 years old. Watching these videos you’ve got me inspired to get back out practice this stuff. In fact, I’m going to attempt to make an entire set of tools that you use starting with a stone knife. Keep up the work man the old ways can’t be forgotten!

Great Video Dude, I’ve been studying up on your videos, I’m getting ready to attempt knapping for the first time, I collected some yellow chert material over the summer I’m gonna try out, doesn’t seem like the best material to work with but it’s what I got, been picking up arrowheads for 26 years here in North Georgia and I can’t get out and look right now because I’m broke down so I figured it would be a good time to start, thanks for sharing 👊🏹
