Making Kratos' Axe - Leviathan - God of War

6 жыл бұрынHello! This day has come! Today we're making the enormous heavy Kratos' Axe from God of War. The Axe itself will be cut with cnc machine out of 26mm steel, we'll make the sideplates using the method of uncusing and jewellery casting. The sideplate picture will be made with etching and the axe picture will be made with engraving. The axe handle will be cut out of birch piece of wood, and the picture will also be made with engraving. The big Axe - the big work. I hope you'll estimate my efforts!

There's A Problem With That LEVIATHAN AXE. IN THE GOD OF WAR KRATOS Uses That LEVIATHAN AXE That Was Made For His Wife Before She Died. Like I Said Before There's A Problem With That AXE The Reason Is No One On This Earth Has Seen A Troll, Or Captured One To Make Sure That They Truly Exist So That LEVIATHAN AXE That KRATOS uses is just made with jewel's and magic. If I Was KRATOS I Would Hide That AXE Like He Did With His 2 Blade's So After That When Ever He Needed To Travel Home Again And Get That LEVIATHAN AXE, It Would Be Right There Waiting Like Those 2 Blade's Were.

As heavy as that ax is, no edge is needed to kill. Though there's room for debate of whether it's more dangerous to the target or the poor slob trying to lift it.

Pick ANY bladesmith channel, and you'll find what you're looking for. Or, if you'd like specifics, check out Alec Steele's channel. But then, this is a fantasy build, not a functional weapon build, so a lot of leeway is called for. Given that, I think he did a very nice job, even if I did cringe every time he tried to shape metal by hitting it with a big hammer while the metal is cold. :D

Made me laugh when,, hand extended,,,he is given the axe, ( by his lovely assistant), and valiently hold it at arm's length,, till reality and gravity take over,,, and he begins to tip over. Know it was staged,,,, but it was a nice touch,,,, koodos.
