@@MOONEYDashCam - I saw _Rob the Mob_ just after your last prompt about it...From what I could see, the real life incident was kept quiet because of the fact it actually was the work of a couple of un mob related punk kids, and even though the Mob put an open contract on them, and they were both eventually whacked, it was seen by other families as such an embarrassment AND _a sign of weakness_ that it was decided to keep the whole incident as "hush-hush" as possible! I think that possibly after _"Bonnie & Clyde"_ , the locations of Social Clubs were more kept inconspicuous as possible, as well as having weapons access on premises, known only to certain members...

The car was actually on Woodhaven Blvd in the service lane going towards 101Ave. I saw the car and bodies on my way to work on Christmas eve at around 830am yellow police tape around car. I was close enough to look inside 3 feet away to see if it was anyone I knew.

I agree. Normally when robbing someone you risk becoming Bubba's cellie for 20-50 years. When you rob mob social clubs you risk even worse than these idiots got (getting shot stopped at a street corner) -- you risk being tortured, Tony Spilotro style with the head in a vice, ice picks in the testicles and everything for three days.

"Hootie's Social Club" did a long video on them last month (Bonnie and Clyde Christmas '92). He's a former Gambino associate & claims Dom Pizzonia, Ronnie Trucchio, and John Setara were the hitters. The whole situation reminds me of dozens of mob films & shows where a mob guy asks "Where do you get the balls?" CRAZY SHIT that could've only ended the way it did.
