He means reveal he's possessed by Gabriel (or in Bonnie's case fritz), because then the Pizzeria would probably be shut down, condemned and they would be scrapped due to being deemed dangerous, not to mention the American Christian Right getting their circuits in a knot over the supposed 'Satanic Cult masquerading as a place for God's innocent little Lambs. And William's killings have already got enough of their locations shut down

For those confused by Freddy's line at 4:24, he means that they can't show the fact that they're possessed (In Freddy's case, it's Gabriel, in Bonnie's case, Fritz), since, if that got out, they would most likely get #cancelled
