Eggs in Purgatory (baked eggs):
Tomato Sauce
Italian Seasoning
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Pesto Sauce
2 eggs
Grape Tomatoes halved
Provolone Cheese
Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
In a large ramekin mix desired amount of sauce, seasonings, and tablespoon of pesto. Crack eggs into sauce. Add grape tomatoes and provolone cheese as desired and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool and top with more pesto and shredded cheese.
