love the idea behind the sliding tool. It would be great to line the board with a cutting mat so you could use a blade instead of drawing lines. Or add an opening in the grooves so that you could score as you slide and then the tabs could be folded at the score line for perfect depth!

I'll have to research the cutting mat idea. The grooves are actually already in the design stage. Thank you for the feedback.

Looks great. For marking the the line depth, how about placing the small end of a toothpick in/on the guide line/groove and securing it with a small piece of cellophane tape to hold it in place. Neither will take up a whole lot of space or interfere with with the pencil (or blade) and can be easily removed or shifted to a different depth in a new project. A small section of yarn could be used as well. Something colourful so it can't be missed.

maybe you could lay a page on top of it and using the grooves kinda make 2 or 3 soft score's on the page for making a 180 fold??

Hello, I saw your tutorial for cutting out a book on the Beatles with colored stripes on a page between the two. I tried to make a model but it didn't work. Can you tell me how much you fold the two folds. THANKS Very nice job

I would like to order your product; however, I have an Incra Ruler but I'm confused about your statement, "With Incra Ruler you will use the in-between measure or round this up." Why? Please kindly clarify so I understand before I purchase. Thanks so much.

I think you're referring to 2 decimal point patterns. With the incra ruler, you can do 2 decimal points patterns or you would have to round the numbers before marking the book.
