There is perennial debate in Pakistan about the role of Military in our society. On one side are the people who believe with strong conviction that Pakistan Army is one of the best in the world. On the other hand there is another group of people who blame the Military for a lot of problems that our country faces. In today's video I review the book of a writer who belong to the latter school of thought. Her name is Ayesha Siddiqa and she is a military analyst in Pakistan. In 2007, she wrote a book titled "Military Inc, Inside Pakistan's Military Economy" which talks at length about the business and economic ventures of military in Pakistan. Alhamdulila Pakistan is the only country about which is famously said “Countries have armies but Pakistan Army has country just for themselves”. It’s not only a state above state, but rather a deep state with absolutely no accountability. It is in their interest to keep Pakistan as Security state and keep the phobia of imminent threat so that the big powerful army can be justified by hook or crook.

We demand from the Pakistani army to give up it’s illegal occupation of Pakistan since they have it from 1947, times have come to giveaway Pakistan to the public of Pakistan. In Pakistan first the government registered the criminal cases against the nation but in the rest of the world first they do the investigations before registering the cases against the nation.

Pakistan Military has ruled 40 years directly and 35 years indirectly on Pakistan. Still they are rulers of Pakistan. They have total immunity for whatever they want to do. Chowkidars are much more powerful and resourceful than the owners [people] .

There are still many businesses that are not included in the list given in this video. But this was a detailed video. Anways, everyone is afraid to openly acknowledge that our Military is out of the line now and few of the military personnel are making profits and even after retirement, they are given huge sum of money and land which is not given to any other Govt officer. Even after retirement, many are offered jobs that are at higher level. Looking at this trend, I am concerned about Pakistan Future. Akhir yh mulk kaun tek kary ga.

@@Ashish.Maurya1 Itni kujili kyu hai bhai Pakistan ko Bharat me milane ki? Why you want another 25 crores radical islamists to be added to already existing 20+ crores local islamists who are creating havoc by exploiting our Constituion? What benefits do we get by merging them into India except religious fundamentalism, terrorism, insurgencies and complete destruction of the internal peace. Why do you think we must share the resources with those people who hate us based on our religion and beliefs to the core. All our energies and time will be wasted for security issues and all the soft power India gained through these many years will be evaporated in few days by adding them up for the anti-social and crime activities they're indulged into in foreign countries. Moreover, Pakistan serves as an insulator or buffer state between India and Afghan taliban who are far more hardcore terrorists and by merging Pakistan, we will be directly exposed to the instabilities of those muslim countries on our Western border.

Thanks for the informative video, refer to the end part, -Chinese army was making money fortunately without the influence of any outsider, therefore to communicate out of country they were dependent on civilian government which never make them above the laws, other hand Pakistan is different story, on the name of united nations our soldiers rent out for others,
