Being sued is not breaking a Criminal law. Being charged or indicted is the threshold. Trump is a Hotel owner and is not required to sell his family business while holding office. Nor is he required to shut them down or limit what they do during his tenure so long as it is in the norms of the business. IE. His hotel hosted foreign dignitaries before he was president so doing so after is not un-normal. He has handed off the day to day operations to his children and the Democrat expectation that he not have any contact with his children regarding his hotels is just a wee bit absurd. Brian Emerick this is totally off subject but you share the same name with my grandpa. They changed it to Emerich after moving to America but I have a family seal that spelled it Emerick. His name was Brian also. It just made my day to see it since he passed away 15 years ago this month. 😊
