In long term casino wins not gambler because casino have an edge An edge is something that gives a positive expectancy over the long run ● Let me explain : If a coin toss there are 2 possibility - Head and tail (50% both head and tail) If you get head you will win $2 and if you get tell you will lose $1 in the long term you will earn money because of your edge ● Similarly,in trading if you have • 60% win rate strategy with 1:1 you will make money • 50% win rate strategy with 1:2 you will make money • 40% win rate strategy with 1:3 you will make money • 30% win rate strategy with 1:4 you will make money - You must have an edge in the market if you want to be a consistently profitable trader.

I used to think every investor lose out during recession, meanwhile some make millions. I also thought everybody went out of business during the great depression, but some went into business. Bottom line, there's always depression for some, and profit for others, it all starts from having the right mindset.
