This video discusses the Swiss national science foundation fellowship also known as SPF of the Swiss postdoc fellowship. This is one of the highest paying postdocs which lets PhD (doctor of philosophy, doctorate, doctorate degree) degree holders do research in great colleges like the ETH Zurich or the EPFL. A postdoctoral research job is often needed to get a faculty position or professor job at top research universities especially in the sciences, humanities and social science.

Yes that is a good area for postdoc as most countries and selection committees want researchers to address environmental issues

They may offer. At postdoc level discipline is less important than a research proposal and a willing host. Multidisciplinary proposals are often well received. You need to check the exact wordings in the web page and see.

Yes of course. Agriculture is an important area and lot of research is directed towards it. It will depend on your PhD topic.

If you have done PhD in this area you can certainly apply. Tourism is one of the biggest industries and employer worldwide and would need expertise in business, hospitality , architecture, archeology, culture, anthropology and sociology among others.
