Has anyone ever painted the black housing of the Jugg to match their bike? I guess what I'm asking is does it get too hot for regular rattle can paint without it being a high temp paint.

No we dont. Because no one needs to hear how you spun it to 9k and lost your foot. No one does or will make a flywheel you can do that with that has charging magnets. However there are billet flywheels that let you keep the ring gear for the starter.
