Great info. I have experienced this. I was on a combo of Effexor and Citalopram for quite awhile. I think it contributed to low mood and possibly too much serotonin. Therapist took me off the Citalopram and added Wellbutrin. It has definitely increased my mood, energy levels, sleep and overall well being. It does cause some anxiety however. Keep up the good work!!

Much appreciated! What's your opinion on the Bupropion-Vortioxetine combination, as Vortioxetine is a multimodal antidepressant, I mean, both of them affects Dopamine

@@LevelheadedMind thank u, Coz honestly I ve been prescribed this as an antidepressant to use by my doctor and I m afraid to start using it. I m from Egypt and Stablon is sold in all our Pharmacies as antidepressant. But I heard some good and bad things about it which makes me a bit hesitant to start it. I also have ADD maybe that’s why the doctor prescribed because he told me that it should manifest depression, And anxiety and should help with my focus and concentration which in turn will help with my ADD. Many regards and hope u ll really do a supportive video abt it. Thanks for ur support and keep shining ❤️💫

Zoloft stopped working for me several months ago after 8 years. I am on Wellbutrin now, and it works OK, but I want to combine it with another SNRI or SSRI. What are your thoughts on Wellbutrin + Cymbalta?

You have to be careful with that combination. Wellbutrin will inhibit the metabolism of Cymbalta, doses of Cymbalta should be kept low. Increases risks of side effects, serotonin syndrome, and seizures.

Do you think Wellbutrin can cause adrenalin increase and that makes anger feelings more prominent ? I like feeling mellow and laid back not on edge. Thank you.

Yes, it can do that for some patients. One of the potential side effects is irritability.

Thank you for the video. Have you ever prescribed venlafaxine or fluoxetine to a patient who was struggling while in the middle of a benzodiazepine taper? What are the chances of Akathesia in this scenario ? Thank you

It's hard to say. Everyone's experience is different. But I have never used Venlafaxine, wouldn't do that. Have used prozac, Wellbutrin, Trazodone, Remeron, Zoloft, Seroquel, Hydroxyzine, Propranolol, and Clonidine in many cases depending on what the need was.

@@LevelheadedMind If Prozac is used while tapering down on diazepam would the prozac increase levels of diazepam and would need to adjust benzo dose accordingly?
