Welcome to Part 2 in this Turbo D16 series. This video is a guide on how to install a turbo to a D series motor, supporting lubrication/cooling lines and fabrication of a dump pipe.

it's nice to see a build with something else than a t3/t4 or gt35. I don't know why the gt28rs doesn't get more love for this engine

Great video man you are certainly putting in more effort money and fab skill into you d16 build than I did, that bb t28 will light up quick did you leave enough clearance to get a silicone coupler on the intake?

Did u use the stock o2 sensor and extend the wires on it? Will extending the wires effect the sensor?

Hey mate I am using a wideband controller. You can still use the narrowband sensor but I would not recommend that
