Agromex is a Polish Logistic company indeed, but both drivers were most likely Bulgarian since those are cheaper then a Polish driver in several aspects(most have a bought drivers licence which is cheaper then to educate a young Polish driver via European regulations & standards, Bulgarian/Ukrainian drivers accept less pay, worse conditions and more working hours on the road) A lot and I mean really a lot of Polish transport companies have foreign drivers nowadays so it's a common practice.

If you look at a closeup of the document when they are filing out the paperwork you will see that the pattern is of a Polish ID card.
