One of my favorite weapons in Borderlands 1 of that sweet infinite ammo plus the hybrid is honestly worth farming.

Better than I remember, probably the one I got many years ago from farming the Scythid had bad action, I remember selling it and kept a regular Hornet instead. edit: nop, it's the other way around, the normal Hornet with good parts is better than I remember.

i got the dove hornet from the mission reward. its the playthrough 1 version but its so amazing i still use it in playthrough2.5. faster proc stacking than defiler.

@ handsomejackboy I would say mordicia would be the best class to use this on, as he has pistol boosting skills and the assassin class mod which boosts corrosive damage

and i got it on my first run through, and didn't realize what it was and dumped it when it fell off >.

I wouldn't call it the rarest gun, the rarest gun in the game is the Nemesis Invader, followed by the Legendary Eridian weapons, I'd put it as slightly rarer than Pearlescent weapons just like the Ajax Ogre is.

do you know any modding tools for bl1? or CheT engines of sort? I really want to try out other characters without spending all the time...

I got this on my sixth try (first playthrough). I know people like Joltz have gotten it within 2 hours (and another in about 15 minutes) so I guess you just had terrible luck :(

Hey HJB. Nice vid. Is the class mod from Lilith that boosts corrosive damage PC only? I played BL1 on Xbox360 and now on my XboX1 and I farmed a lot. I already have a lot of pearls but I have never seen a class mod that boosts corrosive damage. I have a class mod that boosts elemental effects in general, the firefly class mod and the class mod that boosts electrical damage ( I think it's name is storm in english). And I always keep an eye on class mods when I farm the armory or Crawmerax. Never, ever saw one!!! I always wondered why there is no corrosvie class mod. Maybe it is just fucking rare...? Do you have any informations about BL3? And by the way: Thx for your great work!!! I started BL1 in April last year and your vids helped a lot to get to know the game better. Now I have a level 69 Lilith, Level 69 Roland and level 69 Brick :-D. And I also have a level 72 Zero, a level 72 Maya and a level 32 Salvador in BL2. And I just finished the first Playthrough in TPS with Nisha level 32 now. (Handsome Collection) :-) So, thx and PEACE!!!!
