I also think that if you use a storage unit like he does, it's a reasonable expense. And most likely a business expense you can write off taxes. Only if you use a storage unit to stow away private crap you're too lazy to get rid of - but actually never ever use again after it's stored away - then it becomes a costly but efficient way of burning money for no good reason.

He mentions it in the video. He also uses it for privacy reasons, so he doesn't have to bring everybody to his house and disclose it's exact location. I guess he had this problem at his old house where some people found out where he lived and popped up there uninvited. Lessons learned I guess.

Quick tip for fastening wood to metal, self-tapping screws, or even barn metal roof screws. They are both made to cut a whole through steel for the threads of the screw.

Me too. It is practical to be able to reach a lot of things but there are a lot of disadvantages to being tall too. I think being average size would be the best... But none of us get to choose

You should put little pieces of wood around the tires at the bottom so the tires lock in when put there and don't wobble too much. Probably enough to take a longer piece like 30cm around 12 inches or something and just cut it down to pieces like one inch in thickness to screw it there.
