New in Sapphire 2022! Sapphire UltraZap now takes advantage of Sapphire's built-in Mocha planar tracking and spline-based tools. Easily drive electrifying animations by creating tracked splines inside Sapphire’s Mocha interface or importing projects created in Mocha Pro or Mocha AE. All supported hosts now have access to the many advanced UltraZap features previously only available in Adobe After Effects. Im creating an open spline with UZ mocha,ive selected UZ to follow the UZmocha spline but it doesnt move with the object when i save out and return to after effects! any clues ??

UltraZap is part of the Sapphire collection. A Sapphire version of Mocha is built directly into the plugin. It's the same Mocha you already know, it's just inside of the effect.

How do I do the corvette effect? Like a full tutorial type explanation?

The corvette effect is literally just built up from lots of Mocha shapes. To learn more about Mocha shapes and tracking take a look at Mocha Essentials : borisfx.com/videos/?tags=product:Mocha%20Pro&search= If you know a bit about Mocha already, you can skip to Exercise 09 for the shape creation bit. Creating shapes on that corvette shot is a lot more straightforward than a person.

You can only use external masks in After Effects. In other hosts you will have to use UltraZap Mocha to create that effect.

Sorry, I don't understand your exact problem. What host are you using? In all the ones I tried, you just change the Mode dropdown at the top from UltraZap to UltraZapMocha. Could you post a more detailed description of what you're doing on our forums please. That makes it easier to help than a KZfaq comment thread : forum.borisfx.com/

Ultrazap in mocha mode does not playing footage from fusion. It's only showing a single frame. Please help.😭😭

Whenever i try to apply any different preset almost half of them show black screen, what should I do??

A couple of them are designed to work on text layers. If you change the Mode to UltraZap does that change things? If not, please contact Support with as much detail as possible (eg systems specs, and which presets are showing black) and they will be happy to help you out : support.borisfx.com/hc/en-us/requests/new EDIT : Just thought of another reason. Make sure that "Use Mocha params from preset" is turned on in the Preset Browser. A lot of the preset use Mocha splines to create the shape, and if you don't have that turned on you will get a black screen.

@@BorisFXco Thank you for the instant support but use mocha params checkbox is not responsive while selecting the preset, the default works fine and ultrazap mode also works fine. If you can figure out pls guide. Thanking You

Not all the presets have Mocha added, so that option won't always be responsive. Join us on the forums and it might be easier to help out there : forum.borisfx.com/ You can post screenshots there to show us what's happening.
