SEND IT!!!! that's my perfect typical dream buck, I hunt in North Western Montana I'm 36, biggest buck I killed was a 5x4, not that antlers matter, but I'm a major fan of symmetry and that buck is so easy and amazing to look at for me. Bigger than anything I have shot.

All I hunt are whitetails and that’s a good deer. If I had him on private I would let him live but on public I’m shooting that buck every day of the week. Congrats on a great hunt. Let me know how you like the taste, imo it’s the best tasting deer out there

I've hunted public land whitetails in MI for over 10 years, and am still chasing that mature buck. I'd have shot that whitetail in a heartbeat even while targeting mule deer. I shot my best mule deer in CO this year and seeing that whitetail still gave me an adrenaline dump when he gave that side profile look. Fantastic series from you guys, congrats to all who notched tag! I've enjoyed all your hunts since the beginning.

"most people are not shooting deer that big", that statement made the hunt. Treavor was just having a little big buck hangover from that big mule deer Kody shot. That was an excellent choice to shoot that buck!

I think it was meant to be. He stayed there the whole time you were contemplating. Never moved never ran. He was probably thinking “what took you so long am I not good enough”??? Hopefully he was

I can see after looking at mule tails all day long I would also get second thoughts on that buck, just way different racks. But for a Montana whitey that’s an awesome buck. Nice and heavy! I’m shooting him 7 days of the week!

great buck but i would have passed on him because where im from the genetics are really good because my dad has a 190 inch whitetail and i have a 160 inch.

Just the opposite here in Okla. Killed lots of whitetail but never have had a mule deer in my sights. That one might push 140 but still a respectable buck. Enjoy your the deer and have fun.

Great first whitetail. I too grew up in the Umpqua valley and understand the struggle on deciding weather to shoot or not when I began hunting other species than the blacktail. Placing myself in your shoes I understand the struggle and probably would have looked at other bucks as you were not struggling to find deer.

If I go to Montana deer hunting I’m shooting a Muley. I’m from Missouri I can shoot whitetails anytime. Great bunch of videos though and a great hunt!

that is a fantastic whitetail. thats what we Hunt up here in north idaho. love them. and that would be mounted 100 percent.. great buck. all the looking and then almost then pulling the trigger. Nice!!

Killed my first whitetail 60 years ago and have only killed one (1) larger than this deer and had to go to Missouri to do that! Would I have killed that deer? You bet your ears would have been ringing from my gun going off while you were thinking about it:-). Great buck, great hunt; Congratulations to all.

I suspect you could have made a series of trips fin the future to tag out a bigger whitetail. I am a meat hunter; if it has antlers and is legal, I take one look; the second look is through the scope. Great deer, great video. Comngrats!

I live in eastern whitetail country, you would never get that long to view a buck of that caliber, unless you set up in his bedding area. Would not have hesitated on shooting it. Solid buck.

I got a whitetail like that in Idaho this year 5x5 had 6inch round bases and 16 inches wide would have been a 5x4 but he had dual eye guards

I can’t believe Trevor has never seen a white trial in all his years of hunting. You guys should come to VA to the Shenandoah mountains. And y’all should come to the Carolina for some of the biggest bears your will ever see. We have 400-600 pound bears here in the Carolinas. I’d be more then happy to find a place to have you guys to come and do a bear hunt here. Trevor I would have shot that deer the second I laid my eyes on hun and twice on Sunday brother. Nice job and what a beautiful buck.

Good job Trevor I just shot that sucker in a heartbeat. I don’t know about everybody else but I think whitetails some of the best venison, I killed one in Idaho a few years back pretty big buck it was delicious I can’t wait until I have a another opportunity to shoot a white tail.
