Yes it is correctly polarised. should I increase the diode with a bigger amps as the battery draws 3000mah and still 3.6v?

You did the process but kindly tell the polarity of battery, every IXO has not followed the same wire color code

Before removing the old battery, you need to determine the battery polarity. If you forgot, the cable on the edge of the electronic board = CATHODE, the cable inside = ANODE.

Orijinal şarj cihazı çıkışı 7V 250ma. Eğer bulabilirseniz, tornavida üzerinde ki vidaya yakın olan taraf artı(+) giriştir. Ama tornavidanın oturacağı yuva uyduramazsanız, tornavidanın üzerine karşılıklı erkek-dişi soket bulup monte edebilirsiniz.

Very dangerous to solder on Lithium batteries! The heat can cause a serious explosion. Wires or zink strips are mostly spot welded, which is very short and does not heat the battery:

Hi. You can find it from local vendors. If you can't find; You can find 18650 batteries produced by LG, Samsung and Panasonic brands.
