I worked security for almost 17 years, and believe me I would train new employees and supervisor on emergency procedures. Everybody liked how I did things, and write daily activities report and incident report. My old Security Director was jealous of me, trying to put me in trouble and eventually he did. I quit my old security company and I've been trying to find a new job but the coronavirus caused a big problem. This video was very inspirational and believe me, you better off leaving and start a new life.

I love the message at the end about where you work and not feeling inspired: I spent a decade at a company like that with a boss that didn’t just treat his employees poorly but also broke a number of laws. (I worked in electrical and some of the people we worked with thought the owner was dishonest.) Nearly all the employees got fed up and quit (I actually got laid off), and the company went bankrupt. As for me, I decided to go to college (something I couldn’t do at 18) in order to completely change course.
