It isn't their fault he decided to throw punches and get himself ejected. Sampson averaged 15ppg on 44% shooting in this series and the Celtics severely outplayed the Rockets. The same Rockets that nearly swept Magic-Kareem Lakers. So how were the Lakers far better? Certainly not in 1986 when the Celtics won 67 games and went 50-1 at home(counting the playoffs).

Have you watched the full game? Yeah they had better stats in 1986 so what?? Should have won? lol. That's not how it works. They got outplayed, Magic underperformed and the Celtics won. The opposite happened in 1985 and the Lakers won.
