300g sugar
45 ml oil (I used sunflower)
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs
300 gr self-rising flour
1/2 tsp salt
250ml milk
(you can use flour 0000 | all purpose and add 2 tsp of baking powder)
FILLING
4 yolks
150g sugar
35 gr cornstarch (cornstarch)
500ml milk
1 tbsp vanilla essence
45 gr butter | Butter
GLAZED
100 g semisweet chocolate
100 ml heavy cream | whipping cream
1 tsp butter | Butter
