Can the amenities spaces be reserved for free or do they charge fees on top of the HOA for them?

Depends on which space and for how long. The golf simulator, movie theater, and parts of the gym can be booked at no additional cost.

Sorry I have to say it, 3k a month HOA. And that's surprisingly low? Yeah, anyone that buys this at 4 million might not blink but I'd look for a place with lower HOA, or a rental.

It’s low considering the price & amenities you get. Homes in this range are usually 4K+ a month.

@@luxuryboston And again you make me hit my head on a wall. Sorry, I can't envision amenities worth 3 to 4 thousand a month. I get annoyed paying $300 a month.

@@malestorm234 I hear you… but it’s just the cost of living in one of the best condo buildings in the city. It’s a huge tower with dozens of staff members, naturally it’s going to be expensive to keep things going.
