Good information. I been diagnose with esophagus cancer stage 4 of this year. Been having allot of problems. I had order the Resins. I am going to try it.I have not got it yet. I was diagnosed with Crohn's desease and suffered 3 years with uncomfortable and constant faecal bleeding after meals. The Dr's Rx was prednisone for inflammation. However, my condition got worst. I prayed to God to guide me and started doing my research for my condition. I came across Boswellia Seratta and took it for 13 weeks. Gradually, my condition started to get better and managed to go back to work on a part-time basis. There are times if I ate something that can upset my abdomen and or I suffered from oxidative / work related stress I have mild bleeding on / off. Dr. Mandell I started using boswellia about 3 weeks ago (jul 2, 2024). I had a balance problem, When I walked I would kinda swoop downward from my waist. About 2 weeks later, I noticed I wasn't "drooping" any more!!! I couldn't believe it. I went to physical therapy for about 6 weeks....couldn't walk right. After the boswellia I AM FINE!!! Then I noticed I had osteoarthritis on my left hand thumb, it doesn't hurt anymore!! Also I had on my right pinky toe it was so swollen and red from operations that I had on it. SO TRUE, I'm a post-liver transplant patient who was told my viral load is 15+ million. 48 weeks of treatment. You should use the Sanskrit term for this plant, Shallaki, since it originates from India. Boswell is the first European to classify it. Also, it's not an herb, it's the resin from the bark of the tree.

I just saw this video for the first time. Doc you did an amazing presentation here! I have been taking Superior brand of Boswellia extract 1000 mg (2 caps/2x/day) for a long while now. I found it accidentally by searching the internet for knee arthritis remedies and read peer reviewed articles about the benefits of taking it. I used to take so much Advil but now I just take 2 before bed. I’ve had 2 knee arthroscopies, spinal fusion, and 2 shoulder arthroscopies and 4 foot surgeries. I was thrown out of a car at age 27. My dad passed from colorectal cancer and my mom is a breast cancer survivor for nearly 30 yrs. I will look into your brands next time I need it. LOVE BOSWELLIA!!! I've had my family on it for a couple years now & we will not be without this until we're dead & buried! My Anatomy professor talked about it briefly (& the benefits of essential oils), I was curious & went on to deeply research Boswellia- which is FRANKINCENSE RESIN. According to the extensive research, Boswellia reduces asthma by 70% in MOST people! Some more some less. My son has atopic asthma (diag.at 2yrs of age) as do I (I rarely have an issue since growing out of it). I decided to try boswellia to see if it would help his asthma (he was 13). I planned to be home all weekend in case he needed a nebulizer treatment; on a Friday night, I gave him 1 -500mg Boswellia (NOW brand liquid cap) instead of Singulair & no nebulizer treatment before bed. I checked him before I went to bed & he was breathing just fine. I woke up 2x more in the night to check him - again HE WAS FINE!! When he got up in the morning he was still breathing just fine! I have been giving him 1-500mg Boswellia Am/Pm (with food) ever since! He has not taken Singulair (or any asthma drug) since he's been on Boswellia & only uses a nebulizer once in a blue moon, like when he's coming down with a respiratory virus. Good to see this information broadcast on youtube. Please be aware that the boswellic acid mentioned is NOT occuring in any distilled essential oil. The boswellic acid is in the resin acid of oleo gum which is left behind in the distillation process. Therefore, it is advisable to make your own tincture of the appropriate frankincense types (sacra, papyrifera, serrata and carterii) which actually contain boswellic acids. It is easy to make your tincture with vodka five parts to one part frankincense powder. Let said tincture mature for one month, shaking it every day. Look up Apothecary's Garden for detailed information.

It really helps ! In about 3 days my backache got less intense and I am taking more than is recommend dosage. But I know it works for me and I stopped taking over-the-counter pain killers. Beswellia" frankensence" is used in incense usually with "myrr" . It is used in the most expensive perfumes in the world. The Hebrew people were given a recipe for incense, during the time of Moses, to be used in the tabernacle and in the temple built by King David. it is still used today, The incense formula was forbidden to be used for personal insence on a person. The fragrance is beautiful, especially when used with the myrr. This was the gifts the Three Wise Men brought to baby Jesus when he was born. At that time it was so valuable, that when sold , provide for the family's care for two years!! I am sharing this to let people know how valuable these resins are. I believe myrr is a resin too.

I have arthritis in my lower back and hips and suffered from severe inflammation that common Tylenol and Ibuprofen had no effect on my condition. After my second day of taking Boswellia I noticed a big difference in my inflammation which seems to almost disappear and my joint pain decreased to almost nothing. Honestly I did not think It was going to work for me after trying several other medications. Thank you for posting this video. Boswellia has gave me back some quality in my life.

Frankincense is certainly the one oil you can go to, especially if you don't know which oil to use! Doc I see you mention a herb 🌿 however the world's best Frankincense comes from the tears resin from a tree which grows in arid regions eg Somalia and Omar.

I started boswellia mixed with fish gelatin from a homeopathic doctor, she called it bosgel around 2021 for fibromyalgia. I couldnt get off tge bed without help and couldn't walk up or down stairs. And with the grace of God, this was so amazing that in my second month of taking it, what a transformation. I felt so good and movement was so much better thank God. I started it again in October, but I'm not back home so I got it here with devils claw, turmeric and MSM. But I know it's good excellent. Thank you doc for great advice. I took 3 capsules 3 times a day as was prescribed. Now this one I'm taking 2 capsules daily, one morning one night. Prescribed as per bottle.

I had radial and humerus fractures about 8 years ago while attending school for Traditional Chinese Medicine and used a formula that contained boswellia as well as myrrh and amber. The tree saps all reduce inflammation and encourage bone and tissue generation. It greatly reduced my pain and recovery time. My physical therapist at the time, after two surgeries, was surprised how quickly I recovered (especially for someone in their 50s). Take with food because it can be hard on an empty stomach.
