This is so relatable. When someone asks you about your hobbies and you dont want to tell them because it's something weird. But they talk you into it, and then they get weirded out by your hobby. But now you're talking about something you like so you refuse to back down and keep explaining more and more about it.

I adore these two. Especially with the secret, they both carried ever since Botan's debut in which Subaru love Botan's design and that Botan loves Subaru's soft butt. It's crazy that they kept these a secret up until last month where they revealed these secrets to each other and the world. xD

Is Subaru actually switching facial expressions rapidly? I know she's got a reputation for being one of the best at switching expressions, but I'm very curious about how her mouth switches between smiling and neutral and back within fractions of second lol

Every expression has a ''range'' on the features it detects. The mouth movements are always being detected but depending on which expression is currently being used when she moves her mouth the character will change the mouth according to it and the ''range'' it has for it

thank you so much for the subs! i love these two a lot. i have a question if anybody is willing to answer; when subaru says “i can’t understand your japanese” at 4:58 , is it because botan speaks with an accent or distinct dialect/slang (like with the landlord incident earlier in the video), or was it simply a matter of her talking too fast/mishearing on subaru’s part?

I'm pretty sure it was a mix of mishearing, and also the fact that Botan was using some vocabulary you wouldn't really use in a regular conversation like "fraudulent land broker"
