I have just discovered this majorette thing, we don't do this in the UK. So far from what I have seen the stingettes are just on another level than everyone else, though that may be down to my preference in style of dance and how they present themselves. They have a uniformity to them that the others just don't have. Janae is just stunning. I don't know how she holds her smile for that length of time..... She looks like she is doing a great job as lead. This is a whole side of black culture I didn't even know existed, but I am so glad I found it.... I loved the dolls but on the stands I think they rely on that sat down but with your leg in the air move too much. I wish they had been able to find some tights/pantyhose that matched their skin tone a bit better, and the gloves were so distracting. I thought I was in a museum and they were handing out very old precious books! I look forward to watching for the rest of the season X

The Stingettes destroyed the Dolls. I love me some Dolls and that front row of former aces (Jordan, Gab, Ari, and Neri) constantly gives me life, but this was an absolute poor showing. The Dolls have an EXTENSIVE count book and Micah throws the same 15 across all games. Their "highlight" was literally that moment where she started that count, the dolls got up one behind the other, and then they all sat down together before she threw a different count. We're not even gonna get into the fact that Micah is allergic to anything other than ripples if we're being 100% honest. Otherwise.....Janae and her girls threw down, debuted new counts, and had all eyes on them and they know it. This wasn't even a battle, just a slaughter and it's a damn shame because the Dolls could've gone toe-to-toe with them if they tried harder. Starting with them damn gym uniforms and the count selection on a llooottt of these songs ._. Still love them though, just constructive criticism

I love my Dolls. I am getting bored even tho they are the cleanest squad in the nation. We need new counts. The curls are way too tight. (Loosen them up to give more length.) It gives old lady at times from the captain. She is forever gorgeous tho but I need different hair. She had the style all 4 years.

Stingettes have always been better in the stands. However they've become much better on the field too. They are edging the Dolls out as the stronger team overall. Dolls just have a really elite brand/position that holds them up. If Stingettes keep up the talent they will be the most elite line in the SWAC.

Hi Morgan, Another good review and like always you made me laugh. I appreciate both teams talent and their unique style. The Stingettes gave a more engaging performance. They came to battle and got the W. Janae is an exceptional dancer and really owns that Captain spot.

Professionally groomed, she serves as Capt of Stings. Bri, Nyah, Jada, Daijia; ALL were chosen for the right squad. Everything happens for a reason. Hense: Their team is Top of the SWAC.

That little paddy paddy pat pat you did on the desk during the stingettes set was cute boots 😩🔥. Dolls just ain’t holdin’ this year and I’m Doll all day. I’m not here for seeing them sweat, all the other teams have that down packed 😉. But they do have to bring some sort of simmering intensity to pull off their more refined and understated approach. In my opinion it’s best served with MILK. KP’s Era was the Era of THEEE DOLLS for me! It’s about embracing ease and grace in a way that’s present, perfected, and unbothered. That’s not what’s going on here. Dannie gave you Intensity and kind of a cutting edge creativity, this isn’t gong on at the moment. Gabby did not serve for me most of last year, her final game she slayed me, but that’s about it... but NOW!!! She’s one of the best people on the team this year to me and that’s a lot for me to say. She also in my opinion has the strongest count selection off all the modern captains, her mind is sorta next level. That also is not happening here. And that’s all. There’s nothing of note that’s being brought and it’s been a minute into the season. They gotta stop playing around with they Captains.
