Did the SUP bow in the middle at all because you were over the weight limit of 250lb?

We weren’t too much over but no there was no bowing at all - we weren’t both in the middle though so I wouldn’t expect any

Im worried because I bought the same one and the weight capacity is 250 when I am planning on going out with me and another (im 140lbs). However, in your video it seems to handle it ok, do you think I'll be good with around 300lbs on the board?

You shouldn’t carry it from the front front .. cause you would be dragging the rear. The reason there are handles on the deck and not the side is because the side structure is not physically structured to tolerate pull and pressure .

You don’t drag the rear when you have a second person carrying it from the rear. If you’re paddleboarding alone, yes you will need to carry the board from the side.
