@KBLETHF It's because it can cause problems when they compress the recyclables into bales. If the bottles have caps on them, sometimes the cap will stay on when they bale it, compressing the air. Later, if the bale is exposed to enough temperature change, the bale can break. Source:On of our families friends works at the local recycling center and gave us a tour. We asked the same question you did. They actually had a bale explode before, filling the nearby road with bottles.

i love this Fun theory. I just have an opinion you should add a camera with the next "fun machine" so it will show who has the highest score. I think it will attract more people and they will effort a little more to contribute with this cause

In principle, all recycling of bottles and cans are made in supermarkets where you get a receipt for the amount you have turned in, which you can pay with or alternatively get money.

I thinks its a wonderful idea ... life is meant to be enjoyed folk! enjoy! have fun laught a little...
