@@slmanslman5122 Most links from the different games are not the same person. They all share the same spirit (excluding wind waker), but they aren't the same person. A few links are the same between games, such as botw and totk, but most of the time they're different.

@@slmanslman5122 yes, there’s a new Link in almost every Zelda game, with only a few being in multiple games (Ocarina of Time/Majora’s Mask Link and Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom Link being the first exceptions I can think of). Deadass, having Wolf Link in BotW actually taught me how to properly hunt animals for meat in that game! Like, I didn't even know that most of those animals COULD be turned into meat like that! I thought they were just set dressing! I... felt kinda dumb after realizing the truth, lol.

Still, they should patch in a happy little woof sound or distant howl henever he's used, to push the intended implication is that he's still around and sending you food.

Yes. The Amiibo that came with the collector's edition of the Twilight Princess WiU Release calls up Wolf Link when used with Breath of the Wild.

You had to summon him back comically often but YES. Using the twilight princess HD Amiibo. He was super useful, he collected resources, could attack enemies, and even though he delt nearly no damage he could bite and hold down any toppled enemy that wasnt a field boss or a lynel.

Not in TOTK but in BOTW you can summon a wolf companion. Whatever happened to that wolf summon after calamity ganon was slain is unknown but the meat care package helps when 15 lynels on on your tail

@@amberthepuppeteer Yeah, I guess that's fair. It could also be they're trying to move away from amiibo-exclusive stuff in this one. The only things that I can think of that are still amiibo exclusive are paraglider fabrics, which aren't exactly game-changing. I may be wrong though.
