If the ex was ordered in the divorce to make the payments, she needs to go get an attorney or go to legal aide and take the man back to court to replace the car for her.

Kinda weard that they can tell him to pay it when its not used by him but her.. 🤔 I'm not from there i'm like 8 to10000km away from amerika so it works totaly different here.. Sommetimes i hear stuff on here that make me think damn how the hell is that even gonna work. For me it all makes no sence 😅 Sounds all like the woman only gains from it 🤔

Probably if the car was taken away from her, she would be able to get some exercise and walk more. Maybe get her weight down a bit, far too many people won't even walk 100 yards down the road without going in the cars. Great job with the repo.

thats an AWD vehicle, which means it needs to be in neutral before towing, he couldn't just hook and book without causing damage to the drive train. thats why he kept pushing for the key he knew he couldn't tow it without it ahaha. kia stinger is a nice car by the way!
