Jesus. Phenomenal. You two make me feel a whole lot better about my growing collection and how to store bottles and cherish them. The number of great bourbons our there seems limitless. So with your Bourbon Bunker, you guys are kind of like preppers! and you are ready for the apocalypse....thanks for sharing your collection! Your friends from Texas have their whiskey vault, which is impressive, but it's got all different kinds of whiskey. what is astounding with your collection is that it appears to be limited to just bourbon and rye....

So jealous. Got heavily into bourbon a cpl yrs ago. Been on the hunt ever since. Up to 55 bottles i have on hand aside from my daily drinkers i get through every few weeks. Have a good amount of those hard to gets but, as you know, never quite satisfied.

That’s how I feel when you pull out bottles from distilleries that don’t distribute much to the states. One of the best things about whiskey in my opinion, there’s always something new to try!

I took down three bottles from the kitchen cabinets and put them on the kitchen table. Vodka, gin, and tequila. Then I grabbed a shot glass and put that on the table in front of the bottles. Finally, I sat down. My father in law was sitting across from me eating corn flakes. He said, " Too many bottles."

Awesome collection! With so much open bottles (which is how it should be!) are you ever worried about them going “bad”? Also do you guys randomly drink whatever’s or do you guys rotate what you drink?
