I use one of those around the waist hand warmer pouches when I'm in the stand. Works great. Throw a heat pack in there when it's really cold out. That allows me to be gloveless, at least my release hand. I still keep a thin glove on my other hand because it sucks grabbing an ice cold bow without a glove on. Works for me.

Because cutting big holes in your gloves doesn't defeat the purpose of them at all lol
