Love how you encourage to buy from your local archery shop first. Then purchase from you if they don’t have it or can’t get it. This is how it should be and I always do support my local shop. 👍🏻

I’ve been running this sight for over a year it’s amazing. They make a great scope also and a level that slides on the rail for second and third axis leveling.

Thanks to MFJJ I was able to get my press, draw board, press fingers,, and the Gass bow strings to work on my V3X 29. My V3X was always shooting with a right tear. My pro shop just moved the rest and never would mess with top hats. Thanks to great videos and selling the tools I was able to move both cams and get bullet holes with my rest centered. Thank you MFJJ

The fact the shop didnt even check timing or top hats, cam lean or anything is pretty crappy and surprising lol

@@Orr_s they checked timing but told me Mathews didn't need to have to top hats adjusted. I challenged them and they said it was tuned. I spent good money at different spine levels to try to fix it. I guess if you want it done right, do it yourself. Lol. I have noticed the Arizona archery shops aren't as good at working with customers. You got to know what you want already.

Thanks for looking into the warranty stuff! I wanted to buy one of these, but I have tried to reach out to them several times to ask about the warranty, specifically before I bought it, and I never heard from them. I'm glad to see someone with some pull and influence in the archery world is curious about that, too.

I like the UV! The only thing I would change is an override to keep the light running. I talked with the guys at UV at Vegas and they that when your session shooting indoors it’s annoying to have to power it on every round.

The Ultraview scope is very well thought out,and the light works extremely well. The initial cost looks great for what you get, however the cost and hassle over time is not worth it. The battery life is ridiculously short compared to the Elvish. It’s common to get an entire year before needing to recharge the Elvish, and when you do, just plug it in for a couple of hours, and it’s done. Until Ultraview starts using shake-a-wake technology, and uses a rechargeable battery, they aren’t worth the trouble.

I had this original sight back 10/12 years ago. Looks like they've made some nice enhancments but the original was a great sight! Shot it for several years with no issues.

I visited their manufacturing facility today in Tennessee and they’re legit. Steve and Ashley are awesome. Machines working none stop to try and get caught up. No better made in the USA sight out there.

You're right about the light on the ultraview. The price is in line when you factor that in. The E Tac is higher quality when it comes to battery life. I wasnt a fan of the quality in the scope itself. The set screws always came loose.

My Ultraview slider’s pin was so dim in bright condition that I can’t even see it aiming at a target. This is even with the light on. In dim condition it’s fine. When I email Ultraview about it, they stated that I could send the scope in to get it evaluated. However, if they use the warranty to fix it, then the warranty is done. If another problem pops up within the warranty period then the warranty would not cover it…
@mackstrate6235
@mackstrate6235 5 ай бұрын
Pin brightness is the worst Ive seen as you described. The yellow especially IMO. It's also crazy that the warranty is void once they fix something. I was told that when my windage adjustment failed.

UV’s warranty is definitely not what I thought it would be I had an issue with my hinge 2 and was told I had to pay shipping to get it to them and if it was a warrantable issue that after repair or replacement my warranty was no longer valid seems shitty to me in my opinion especially with a company like dialed archery and how they treat u when there is a problem they have the best warranty and customer service I personally have ever dealt with

@SlimPickins_07 No kidding, I just got a new to me bow, but most of my gear comes out of the used bin at my bow shop. People buy all the new stuff, use it for a year and trade it in. Most of it is in great condition but it's used so I save a few bucks.

The problem with ultraview, their lights suck they fail after a while my 2 boys have probably went through 20 ultraview lights in a year they have replaced all of them but they are almost impossible to get a hold of as they have no one to answer phone calls and it takes them forever to reply to emails I had two wait months to get face to face with them in Vegas to replaced the last 3 that failed
@ApexArchery
@ApexArchery 5 ай бұрын
Your family has managed to kill 20 ultraview lights in 1 year? That is wild. Myself and most of the people I know have an ultraview sight, and I have yet to hear of a light failure. Are you talking about actual failure of the product, or batteries running out? Either way...something bizarre is happening here.
@jimgaines7839
@jimgaines7839 5 ай бұрын
@ApexArchery the light cartridge starts to loosen where the battery's go and as you shoot the top battery starts to slide back and the light stops working ultraview know it's a problem but won't fix it and I know lots of people having the same problem

Just because I don't know, but is the scope supposed to be square to the string, sight slider...? Looks like it was tilted forward a bit "Good place to start"?
@liamboyle9199
@liamboyle9199 5 ай бұрын
Ideally, you have tilte slightly forward. You've got a vertical rail but you view the scope from various vertical positions. So you normally optimise the scope tilt to what you shoot the most. I don't find the tilt is really only an issue if you shoot a lot of 50m and then go out to say 90m.

P so I was actually looking at some of the ultra view scopes and I'm confused. I realize that they have a digital dot basically. When Dan was showing the one that he had with two pins I didn't think that it had a digital. And some of what I was reading on target models had four or five dots I believe, can you maybe elaborate on that a little bit in a video for us dummies that don't got 300 plus to try out
