Born and raised in a rural logging town in the middle of the Oregon Cascade Range, hunting became a way of life for Aron. His early days of working in the Forest Service trail crew team cultivated his true passion for divvy-type hunting. At 17, he joined the US Army, where he served honorably for 8 years - going to Airborne School, Air Assault School, Land Navigation, Mountaineering, and Survival School to name a few. Aron Snyder is now the President of Kifaru International. He is also the host of Kifaru’s podcast

Great conversation about values everyone should have - respect others (until they've earned to not be respected) , avoid being victim of everything, take ownership, have some pride. Words I learned "back in the day" as well and pass to my young kids now. Keep it up, boys!

Great podcast... Really interesting hearing how he got started. Reckon yall have a long list already, but If a suggestion is in order, Jerry Wigutow, the founder of Wiggy's (made in the USA sleeping bags etc) could be a guest with a cool story.

Not that you need anyone to tell you this but stick to your mission, stick yo your core values (they are much appreciated) and fuck the trolls! You can’t make everyone happy. Focus on your loyal customer base and keep doing great things. Based on this podcast and the expressed core values that have been shown along with a lot of product research I have decided that Kifaru is the brand I will be going with when buying hunting and related gear. Best to the both of you.

I just had a fantasy of Evan skydiving barefoot and decending on me from the sky in slow motion like a dove, feet headed straight for my face. They gently land on me and there we lay until sunset with my lips on his toes.

If your teaching, block comments. One more thing, put a number of y'all togather in the same podcast group for a set price. Don't force the real hunter's, shooters, vets choose who they pay
