1980s electro-pop vibe that sounds dated for sure. Been a long while since I listened to that. I do recall that the German version had better lyrics, and the English version probably played more in dance clubs than broadcast on-air. The German version it seemed that Major Tom was wasted and fading; maybe coming back in some messianic type way. Sounded better to me, but perhaps that was just because I gave it more leeway due to my lack of fluency.

this is a song about the Apollo 13 at the time having a pilot as an astronaut was considered useless as it was computer operated but after loss of contact with Nasa the faced the doom of floating in space for ever but piot Major tom knew where he was and piloted the ship safely back to earth.

This song was great.....you are going to get destroyed for this reaction from people in their 50's like me, lol. I understand the opinions of kids though. Ive got 10 kids, and Im pretty sure at least 4 of them (my 5th is 27) are older than you so Ive come to expect it. However, at the end of the day you took time to actually react to a song that was a big deal WAY before you were were born, and I respect that.

Thanks for watching! This is Rob the creator of the channel and another reactor. Almost all of Myles's reactions are songs that I love. Since I do the recording of the reactions, I have to sit there and watch him put down my songs. It's ok, I don't expect him to like every song. I am one the few people who likes almost every type of music I hear. I have a great deal of respect for the effort and talent it takes to create music. On this channel I think there's been a handful of songs I did not like on the first listen, but most have since grown on me. Thanks again for the feedback and watching!

Feel the exact same about your reaction ,,,, great big yawn, cut it off right there lol Maybe you should react to something other than music. You don't seem to have an ear for many different styles or able to appreciate a variety of sounds, and that's based on more than just this reaction. Seems you only appreciate lyric's.
