Currently ranked #2 in the USA behind Claressa Shields and #15 in the world at Super Welter Raquel Miller has been brought into training camp as a sparring partner for MMA Grand Slam Champion, Bellator MMA, UFC, Invicta FC, Strikeforce Featherweight Champion Cris Cyborg as she prepares for her Bellator MMA return on Paramount TV. Cris Cyborg is sparring at the RGBA with coach Vergil Ortiz Sr as his son Vergil Ortiz Jr prepares for Samuel Vargas July 24th live on DAZN Boxing.

Micah West nahh, She wasn’t bum rushing her. She was out striking her as well. She made Holly miss a lot. She straight up outboxed her. Yes Holly landed shots on Cyborg but it Cyborg was hitting her more often with more volume

Wow Chris actually rocked her multiple times and won the sparring in my opinion. A little training with a world class trainer and she would walk through boxers like she does in mma

@@jasonmelvin9102 She is noticeably better now though. Before she had more of a Muay Thai/intelligent brawler style but here she is creating angles, feinting, probing to set up her straight. I'm sure some of it because she can focus on just her boxing but this is the sharpest I've ever seen her.

Too bad cyborg wasn’t playing with her cause she landed the cleaner punches with better angles. Raquel looked slow and kept her head on the center line too much and got constantly hit with that straight.

Cris looks pretty good... But you really see a difference between a pro jab and a semi pro jab. Everywhere else, Cris has got nice speed and power.

What a balanced fight. Raquel started better but she got tired first and Cris was able to dominate from early-middle to middle-end, when Cris got tired and Raquel recovered by landing more hits on the head. If this fight had 4 rounds, Raquel won rounds 1 and 4 while Cris won rounds 2 and 3.
