Great advice. I usually use my smaller slip bag but could incorporate that to my aqua bag workout.

Ye I agree it's very good for slippin. I av the 15" one and I always throw some slipping n sliding in.

After having used both for over a year, I'd say the black pair (Fighting Tri-Tech Tenacious Training Gloves)are much better than the white Fighting pair. The white pair don't provide the wrist support I need with the velcro strap and therefore aren't well suited for sparring in my opinion.

Thanks! To answer your question, both will give you a great cardio workout. Neither choice of the aqua bag or heavy bag will give you any less of a workout. The main difference between the two is going to be the weight and being able to throw punches to the body. If I had to pick between the two, heavy bag would be my choice.

You can go the adapter route. However, I took the cheap way of using a funnel and my kitchen sink hose sprayer to fill it. Took about 30 min. and then just hung it up. Thanks for the question.

@@LeeGardner76 No need to pierce the bouy. The bouy comes with a hole at the top that is secured with a plastic screw that seals it.

Trippmac Thanks, sorry didn't make myself clear. Yes, aware the buoy has a plastic screw but didn't realise you could fill the screw hole with water straight away, I thought you'd have to pierce something through the screw hole e.g. with a screwdriver first, as saw something like this on another video.

@@LeeGardner76 Gotcha. I had no need to pierce it. With that said, there is a stopper in the form of flaps that only flap open when a funnel or adapter is inserted and then close when pulled out.

I can honestly say, I have not had that problem. The weight of the water inside the buoy keeps mine in shape and form when I hit it. Maybe double check that you are completely filled up with water to the hole up top. That would be my suggestion. Good luck.
