What started out as a means to get a workout during covid, has become a regular discipline. I appreciate how I learned a new skill in my 50’s offering all the things you mention. You’re a huge part of it and I’m grateful for you

Just discovered this channel. What an awesome video! My husband joined a gym recently after not feeling the greatest about his health (and life in the general sense). He’s really taken to boxing classes and has already dropped a few kilos. I asked him to show me how to box this evening - we both enjoyed its, so now we’re going to spot each other. Although these point’s definitely pertain to men (another great reason my husband picked this sport), some of those points I also resonate with, especially channelling anger. I have issues with mental health, so it seems boxing can really help with that

i just wanna say thank you so much , i been having mental breakdowns twice / three times a week and being always pissed off and feeling down , then decided one day to check out boxing workouts and your video popped up the 30 mins heavy bag and i went to buy boxing gloves ,started training boxing and weight lifting , and it made my mental and psychical health better

Hey coach, I was wondering if you can do mobility stretches for elbow and shoulders? I weight lift as well and box to your videos. Randomly get pain here and there. Would love to stay safe with proper mobility training.

Thank you Coach Bowers for making these KZfaq videos. I always wanted to do Boxing not only for self-protection, but to learn and connect with those that has that same love and passion with the Boxing art. Since Covid lockdown, I've been following your 30 minutes to 20 minutes workout which brings a challenge but seeing results not only physically, but more mentally than anything else. As a martial arts practitioner (Karate practitioner), I totally approve your KZfaq channel as my go to Boxing lessons source.

Hello Nate. Thank you for the great content you create and share. I’ve been using your videos for Gym Class with my teenage children, who are Homeschooling. We follow along the shadow boxing workouts. They are great and we feel we’re learning something. I appreciate it. I would like to take it to the next level practicing with gloves and pads. Have you considered posting a special workout for teenage homeschooling children? Thank you so much
